Mobile phone use grows in Africa
Mobile phones now outnumber fixed lines in Africa at a higher ratio than on any other continent, says a US think tank, reports the BBC. "Uganda was the first African country to have more mobile than fixed-line customers. There are now more than 30 African countries in that position." |
