Shazam expands across Europe
Name-that-tune music company Shazam Entertainment is continuing its aggressive roll out, inking deals with mobile operators in Austria, Italy and Finland to expand its reach further into Europe, reports Netimperative. Shazam offers a commercial music-recognition technology allowing people to identify tunes heard on the radio by simply approaching their cell phone to the speaker.
