Basic SMS-to-Email

Our basic SMS-to-Email service is accessed by configuring Message Receivers to forward incoming SMS to specified e-mail accounts.

And so, an incoming SMS that begins with a particular department or name, for example, would be forwarded to their designated e-mail addresses.

Advanced SMS-to-Email

Advanced SMS-to-Email, on the other hand, is for large organisations that want to incorporate SMS as a complete 'two-way' method of communication.

Advanced SMS-to-Email is only available to customers with dedicated numbers and operates in conjunction with Email to SMS, intelligently routing each incoming message back to the e-mail account from which it was most recently contacted from.

This unique service makes it possible for large organisations to provide its employees with the ability to send & receive SMS through their usual e-mail applications.

The Cost of Email-to-SMS

To receive SMS via e-mail, you first have to register for free. Once you are registered, you can either obtain an incoming number through us, for which there is an annual charge, or you can 'plug-in' your own number for a small set-up fee. Apart from these fees, there are no additional charges to receive SMS via email.
